Things were going well until she got upset during the consultation and was crying hysterically in her pram. I didn’t appreciate being told to “just leave her” when I went to respond to my daughter, and she also made a comment that she was being manipulative and would be fine. I tried to move her pram closer to me so she could see where I was and was told to leave the pram where it was. I ended up comforting my daughter, as a mother does, after being made to feel like I shouldn’t. Uncomfortable and angering experience. I won’t be returning.
